Assignment 2

For this assignment, I developed a logo for a fictional lipstick company called, "pouty." Instead of going in the classic, girly girl direction when creating the overall look for the brand, I wanted to do the opposite. I chose a darker color palette to serve as the lipstick shades in the collection, as well as out of the box colors that you do not typically see and/or wear on a daily basis. I was going for more of a "rocker" vibe and tone when picking the music, and my goal was to make each transition go with the beats. I wanted to showcase every color in the collection, as well as what they look like as a group. When I originally thought of this animation, I knew I wanted to incorporate different lips and mouth expressions that would aid in showcasing all of the colors. All of these mouths then lead up to the one that is a part of the final logo at the end.

- Consider putting in "pouty" as a whisper at the end & reconsider if lipstick tubes rotate as 3d forms since they are 2d
